The latest Buona quick-casual restaurant concept is conveniently located at 1170 N. Arlington Heights Road, just north of Thorndale. Situated south of Devon on the edge of the Hamilton Lakes Business Park, this Buona also has some patio seating and a convenient drive-thru.

Food lovers have been able to enjoy Buona Italian Beef, Sandwiches, Neapolitan Thin Crust Catering and Pizza ever since our family, the Buonavolanto's, opened the original Buona Beef in Berwyn, Il more than 25 years ago. Now we bring that same great food and service to the Itasca-Elk Grove Village area. We started with family recipes and flavors brought from Naples, Italy perfected in Old Italian Village, Chicago, IL. Currently offer our famous Italian Beef, Neapolitan Thin Crust Pizza, Catering and more to 12 convenient locations in the Chicagoland covering areas such as Chicago's West and Northwest Suburbs near O'hare Airport.
