Perfectly seasoned sirloin is flash baked at high heat to lock in flavor and juiciness.
We slow-roast the beef for several hours to produce the sandwich’s famous all-natural gravy.
The beef loses 40% of it weight during the cooking proccess. It’s costly, but the flavor is worth it.
