The Catering Sales Representative is responsible for meeting individual and team sales goals for Corporate, Social and Retail Catering Sales. Representatives take in-bound calls, have cold calling quotas, and provide top-notch customer service. A bright personality and the ability to think critically are indispensable for this role!

Martha Gonzalez
Martha started out at our original location in Berwyn as a cashier and her ability to learn on the fly and dedication to Buona did not go unnoticed! She quickly found herself running the Catering Counter and began to learn the unique nature of the catering side of the restaurant. Once we officially opened up our Catering Department, Martha found her calling! Not only does she lead the team in sales numbers, she is also our go-to person to help train new representatives.
Full Service Event Executive
Not only does Buona provide basic drop-off and pick-up catering, we also have a Full-Service Event Catering Division. Our Full Service Event Executives require a passion for food, a creative and methodological approach to event planning and instinctive ambition! Coordinating rentals, custom menus and unique customer needs are just a few of the daily tasks they encounter.

Jessiy Rewers
Jessiy started her career after graduating at the top of her class with an Associate of Culinary Arts degree. Since her graduation she has worked for many leaders in the food and beverage industry before landing her dream job here at Beyond Events. Jessiy is in charge of coordinating all of our summer events, from ice cream socials to grilled on-site picnics. Jessiy is the GO-TO person in our office when everything else has been tried and we're still looking for a solution, Jessiy always seems to come up with the most jaw dropping ideas for problems that have been stumping most of the rest of the team for weeks. Efficiency is her middle name!
Distribution Manager
Our Distribution Manager is the key cog in our entire catering operation. They are responsible for staffing and scheduling drivers and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure orders are going out accurately and on time, with many curveballs to hit along the way!

Dave’s background is actually in plumbing and engineering, but since we also value people on the way they think and character, we naturally had a home for Dave. His dedication and fundamental understanding of logistics made him a perfect fit for this role!
Event Captain
Our event captains are in-charge of the operations, culinary & wait staff during on-site events. Quality customer service and the ability to work manage multiple facets of an event simultaneously are the key skills needed!

Rosa
Rosa started off as a Catering Delivery Driver and the many customer service compliments she received quickly garnered a promotion to Full Service Wait Staff. This is where she really shined, her penchant for understanding the client and working with others is what put her in the role of Event Captain. Our events simply don’t run the same without her!
Events Manager
The Events Manager position requires an advanced attention to detail and logistics. Responsible for supervising the staffing manager, connecting all of the dots for each event and foreseeing any potential issue so that each event comes off flawless.

Alfonso Toscano
Alfonso started his career with us as a delivery driver. He quickly showed off his versatility by assuming the role of Warehouse Supervisor and after learning and enjoying every aspect of the business he became our Senior Event Manager. His vast experience in fine dining and international golf, equestrian and tennis events all contribute to Alfonso's event clients receiving the highest quality of service and creative personalization to ensure their event is successful from beginning to end.
