Description

As a Back of the House Team Member, you will be learning more than one position. These positions include: Beef/Pizza/Broiler/Café/Panini/Prep

Responsibilities:

-Following recipes and food preparation processes properly such as cooking, seasoning, grilling, chopping, dicing,

cutting and slicing.

-Maintain appropriate portion control and monitoring food levels on the line

-Prepare quality food that meets our Buona standards

-Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests

-Restock food line

-Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety

-Be speedy and accurate in fulfilling orders

-Handle raw and finished waste according to established procedures

-Act with a sense of urgency with all guests, whether dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru

-Washing cookware and utensils and cleaning equipment as assigned
