Description

The primary responsibility of a busser is to reset tables in a speedy professional and effective manner as guest leave the restaurant. Bussers are also responsible for the grooming of the entire restaurant and its perimeters, as well as supporting serves and service staff with refills and clearing tables. Other duties will be expected as need arises.


Requirements

• Organize tables efficiently

• Clears and cleans tables

• Fills water pitcher, stocks glassware, silverware and all products available on the condiment table

• Restocks clean dishes in all areas of restaurant

• Accepts deliveries and stocks in appropriate storage places

• Provides customers with a pleasant experience when interacting with them

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and service stations

• Set up and breakdown dining room and service stations
