How do I get points for my restaurant purchases?
Option 1: Place your order through The Buona App or order online while logged into Buona Rewards.
Option 2: While at the restaurant, scan your app at the register during checkout.
Option 3: Scan the barcode on the bottom of your receipt with the new Buona App within 3 days.
How do I turn my points into free food?
Once you accumulate enough points for a reward, you can start redeeming them! Keep earning points to unlock even more rewards.
To redeem your points, simply place an order at any Buona location, through the Buona app, or website.
App/Online Orders: Add an eligible item to your cart and select the reward you want to use before checking out.
Buona Locations: Tap ‘Scan to Earn’ in the app and be sure to scan at checkout.

With each order you place through the app or website, you can redeem one reward
Do I receive reward points for gift card purchases?
Points are not earned when buying gift cards. Points are awarded when you use the gift card alongside your Buona Rewards account to make a purchase
Do my points expire?
Unused points expire 365 days from date of earning
