Buona Rewards is our app-based loyalty program designed to thank our loyal guests! As a Buona Rewards member, you earn points with every restaurant purchase ($1 spent = 10 points).

After you’ve migrated from the old app the new Buona app, your points and rewards just work! There is no pre-redeeming that you need to do and you’re able to apply your rewards at the time of checkout.

Download The Buona App for for iOS or Android and Create An Account by Selecting ‘I’m New‘ During The Sign Up Process.

Note: If You Are An Existing User With Existing Points, You Need To Select ‘Migrate‘ After Opening The New App.

• Option 1) Place your order through The Buona App or order online while logged into Buona Rewards.​
• Option 2) While at the restaurant, scan your app at the register during checkout.​
• Option 3) Scan the barcode on the bottom of your receipt with the new Buona App within 3 days.

No Apple or Android smartphone? No problem! You can still earn and redeem points through our web interface. While it doesn’t have all the features (or fun) of our app, it’s a great alternative.

If you are looking to migrate your account on the web, please follow the steps below:

1. Visit the web portal.
2. Click “Sign Up.”
3. Sign up using the email address and telephone number associated with your account.
4. Once you have signed up, please email mybuona@buona.com and state that you created a new account on the web and need help migrating your account. (Please provide your account email and telephone number!)

Once you accumulate enough points for a reward, you can start redeeming them! Keep earning points to unlock even more rewards.

To redeem your points, simply place an order at any Buona location, through the Buona app, or website.

App/Online Orders: Add an eligible item to your cart and select the reward you want to use before checking out.​

Buona Locations: Tap ‘Scan to Earn’ in the app and be sure to scan at checkout.

With each order you place through the app or website, you can redeem one reward.

Points are not earned when buying gift cards. Points are awarded when you use the gift card alongside your Buona Rewards account to make a purchase at Buona.

Unused points expire in 365 days from date of earning.

Earned points will be available within 24 hours.
