The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are applicable to the Buona Beef Summertime Sweeps Contest (the “Contest”) conducted by Buona Beef LLC (“Buona”). By participating in the Contest you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions by a participant may result in ineligibility for contest prize awards and/or revocation of a prize within Buona’s discretion.

1.) Prizes Offered (each a “Prize”)/Challenge Period/Winner(s):

One (1) Trip to Nashville, Tennessee:

Includes a two (2) -night hotel stay in the Printer’s Alley District of Nashville, round-trip airfare for two (2) individuals on an airline selected by Buona, and a chartered limousine ride to and from a VIP event at the new Buona Beef restaurant location in Murfreesboro, TN. Travel dates will be determined at a later time but will occur in September 2025 during the grand opening weeks of the Murfreesboro location.

Challenge period: 6/1/25 – 8/31/25 (time during which the automatic entry or additional entry(ies) may be awarded)

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries and announced on 7/26/2025.

Two Pairs of Tickets for The Roots at Ravinia

Includes two (2) Pavilion seats per winner for use on June 27, 2025.

Challenge period: 6/1/25 – 6/20/25

Two (2) separate winners of a single pair of tickets will be randomly selected from eligible entries and announced on 6/22/2025.

Two Pairs of Weekend Passes to Lollapalooza

Includes two (2) general admission weekend passes for use July 31 – August 3, 2025.

Challenge period: 6/1/25 – 7/24/25

Two (2) separate winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries and announced on 7/26/2025.

Two Pairs of Tickets for An Evening at the Salt Shed – Featuring The Flaming Lips and Modest Mouse with Friko,

Includes two (2) general admission tickets for use on August 16, 2025.

Challenge period: 7/25/25 – 8/2/25

Two (2) separate winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries and announced on 8/11/2025.

Three Pairs of VIP Tickets to Riot Fest

Includes two (2) VIP tickets for use from September 19 – September 21, 2025.

Challenge period: 8/10/25 – 9/12/25

Three (3) separate winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries and announced on 9/14/2025.

2) Contest Details:

1. Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents in the United States who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Minors under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian to enter. Employees of The Buona Companies, L.L.C., Buona, their affiliated entities, including their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
2. Contests/Contest Period: Each Prize award process as noted above will serve as its own separate “Contest” (i.e., Nashville Trip and Ravinia Tickets are separate “Contests”). Each Contest will take place during the specific time periods described as “Challenge Period(s)” for each Prize as detailed above.  Buona reserves the right to change a Challenge Period within its discretion.
3. How to Enter: Every registered member of the Buona Rewards program at any time during the Challenge Period will receive one (1) automatic entry in the Contest. For every three (3) Buona Italian beef sandwiches purchased through the Buona Rewards program during the Challenge Period, the participant will receive one (1) additional entry in the Contest. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may receive during the Challenge Period. Interested persons who are not currently members of the Buona Rewards program can participate by registering for Buona Rewards through the App or the buona.com website and, once registered, following the rules for entry. A participant may win more than one (1) Contest.
4. Winner Selection: On or after the published date expiration of the Challenge Period, winner(s) will be randomly selected by Buona from the pool of eligible entries.
5. General Liability Release/Force Majeure: By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Buona Companies, L.L.C., Buona, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability, loss, damage, claim, or cause of action, including, but not limited to, injury, death, or damages arising out of or in connection with the entrant’s participation in the Contest, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or any travel related to the Contest or any other promotion-related activity. Buona reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in the event that it becomes impossible to administer due to circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, or any other event (collectively “Force Majeure”). This also includes situations where the Contest is technically impaired or corrupted, or when fraud, technical problems, failures, or malfunctions, or other causes beyond Buona’s control have destroyed, significantly undermined, or impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play, and/or feasibility of the Contest as contemplated herein. In such cases, Buona may, at its discretion, select a winner from eligible entries received prior to the event causing such modification, suspension, or termination.
6. Taxes. The value of any price awarded by Buona as a result of the Contest may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. All applicable local, state, federal or other taxes of any kind are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and Buona shall not be responsible for payment of any taxes based on the value of the prize awarded as a result of this Contest. The winner is solely responsible for the payment of any expenses associated with the receipt or use of any prize awarded by Buona which are not specifically identified as the responsibility of Buona in these Terms and conditions. 
7. Winner Notification and Acceptance: The winner of each Prize will be notified via the email address or phone number provided during the Contest registration process within ten (10) days of the selection. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time frame, a new winner will be randomly selected. Buona holds no responsibility for any winner notification that goes missing, is intercepted, or fails to be received by a potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner does not respond within the time frame specified in the prize notification, despite reasonable attempts to contact them, the potential winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be chosen. The potential winner may be requested to fill out and return a Declaration of Eligibility, a Release of Liability, and, where legally allowed a Consent to Publicity (collectively, “Winner Documentation”). If the winner is below the age of majority in their place of residence (a “minor”), Buona has the option to either award the Prize to the minor’s parent or legal guardian or require the parent or legal guardian to acknowledge and sign the Winner Documentation on behalf of the minor. If any potential winner (or, for a minor, the minor’s parent or legal guardian) does not sign and submit all Winner Documentation within the timeframe specified in the Prize notification, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Tampering and Disputes: Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification. Any entries or actions that, in the sole discretion of Buona, appear to be fraudulent, generated by a script, macro, bot, or any other automated means, or intended to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest will be void. In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed the entrant. Buona reserves the right to require proof of identity, such as a copy of the entrant’s driver’s license, and shipping information before awarding any Prize.
9. Prize Delivery/Use: Once the winner is confirmed and has provided the required information, including but not limited to Winner Documentation, Buona will provide information and documentation necessary for the Prize to be claimed.  Such information may include tickets to an event, a certificate for redemption for travel or other forms of remuneration associated with the Prize won.  Buona is not responsible for any technical delays or difficulties associated with the winner’s receipt of the information or documentation sent by Buona to the account, phone number or address provided by the winner. Buona is also not responsible for a winner’s inability to participate in a Prize awarded whether due to scheduling conflict, delay, winner ineligibility or Force Majeure.
10. Governing Law/Jurisdiction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions or the rights and obligations of entrants or Buona in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws.
11. Arbitration Provision: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Contest, these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in the State of Illinois, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes (the “AAA Rules”) then in effect, except as modified by this Arbitration Provision. The AAA Rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling the AAA at 1-800-778-7879. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. This Arbitration Provision shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. The arbitrator shall, in the award, allocate all or part of the costs of the arbitration, including the fees of the arbitrator and the reasonable attorneys’ fees of the prevailing party, as the arbitrator deems appropriate. Entrants agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the entrant and the Buona. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there shall be no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there shall be no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
12. Prizes must be redeemed and used as specified. Prizes are not refundable, replaceable, or exchangeable for cash. All trips and event attendances comprising a Prize must be taken or used on the specified dates; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize. Buona reserves the right to void any Prize if the winner violates these Terms and Conditions.
13. Miscellaneous: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Buona, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Entrants also agree to abide by all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
