Buona first opened in Barrington Square Town Center on Higgins Road in 1999. Twenty years later, in 2019, the original building was torn down and replaced with a brand new restaurant featuring a dual-lane drive-through built to keep service moving. Through it all, our catering team has served office lunches, school events, graduation parties, and family celebrations across Hoffman Estates and the northwest suburbs.
Our family’s story began in Berwyn in 1981, when Mom and Dad opened the original Buona. Every tray of beef we cater is still slow roasted following that same family recipe, and our pastas and sauces are prepared just the way they taught us.
Tell us how you want your event served and we will handle the rest. All-inclusive buffets bring the entrée, sides, and salad together, boxed lunches give each guest a complete meal, pre-made sandwich trays are ready to set out, and à la carte trays of Italian beef, pasta, salads, and desserts let you build exactly the spread you want.
One order covers it all, with an entrée, sides, and salad in an all-inclusive buffet for your Hoffman Estates event.
Italian Beef, chicken, burgers, and other sandwich favorites arranged on trays and ready for your table.
Individually packed Buona classics, sandwiches, or salads, so every guest grabs a complete lunch.
