Buona has been part of Barrington Square Town Center on Higgins Road since 1999, and in 2019 the original building was replaced with a brand new restaurant that has a dual-lane drive-through built to keep orders moving. Today our Hoffman Estates location serves Italian beef sandwiches, meatball sandwiches, Chicago-style hot dogs, burgers, chicken sandwiches, fresh pasta, salads and tavern-style pizza, with dine-in, online ordering, delivery and carryout alongside the drive-thru. Our parents opened the first Buona in Berwyn in 1981, and the way they cooked is still how we cook today. The beef is slow roasted and all-natural, and the same care goes into everything else, from chicken breasts marinated for 24 hours to burgers made with all-natural sirloin and fresh rigatoni that is never dried. Our sauces and pastas are made the way our parents taught us, with no shortcuts.
Other Buona restaurants nearby include Kildeer, Mount Prospect and Itasca. View all Buona locations for addresses and directions.
