Everything starts with the beef. Since our family opened the first Buona in Berwyn in 1981, we have dry roasted all-natural beef to draw out its drippings, and those drippings become the foundation of our all-natural gravy. The company has grown a lot since then, and we still make it the original way. The same family pride goes into the rest of the menu, from fresh rigatoni cooked al dente to a marinara that follows the way our grandmother made it.
